From the A583, it is turn left after the Bell and Bottle pub (if you are travelling North) down Bryning Lane. After the Newton local shop you pass a junction on your left, signposted as School Lane. Travel past this and there is a few meters of hedge on the left, then a red brick wall as you turn left into the farm entrance. The entrance has a 'Lancashire Farm Dairies' sign on the wall. The farm cottage is on the right (Grange Lane) - it is attached to a white brick cottage - the sign is on the front wall.
