My husband and I are dairy farmers at the farm next door to the cottage, and we now have 3 grown-up children. After many years of long-term letting, we decided to try something different and offer people the benefit of staying in our lovely farm cottage. We always feel emotionally tied to the cottage, as we lived in it ourselves for 10 years, with our then young children. We have so many happy memories of them playing in the garden. We enjoyed the lovely views, peace and quiet and very sunny south-facing garden. Visitors love seeing the cows and calves, feeling that they are part of the farm experience.
